Eligibility Criteria:

Responsibilities:
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of drilling rig equipment, including engines, motors, pumps, and hydraulic systems.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of rig machinery and equipment.
- Emergency Repairs: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and malfunctions, diagnosing issues and implementing necessary repairs to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
- Parts Management: Maintain inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance and repair activities, ensuring availability and timely procurement as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks, including the proper use of personal protective equipment and safe work practices.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inspection reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Training and Development: Stay updated on new technologies, equipment, and maintenance techniques through training and professional development opportunities, enhancing skills and knowledge to improve job performance.
