A leading company involved in various drilling projects in Kuwait is seeking experienced Tool Pushers to join their team.

Job Type:  28/28 Rotation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Tool Pusher

Responsibilities:

1. Managing Operations: Oversee the day-to-day drilling operations, ensuring smooth progress and addressing any issues that arise.
2. Resource Management: Ensure availability of necessary equipment, materials, and resources for drilling activities.
3. Team Leadership: Select, hire, and manage workers on board the rig, providing proper training and planning crew shifts.
4. Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, including the use of protective clothing and safety equipment.
5. Emergency Response: Handle emergencies effectively and implement appropriate measures to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.
6. Client Liaison: Liaise with representatives from oil companies visiting and inspecting the site, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
7. Inspections: Conduct or ensure regular rig inspections are carried out to maintain safety and operational efficiency.
8. Support: Assist other team members, such as the driller and rig manager, in effectively running the rig and achieving project objectives.
